PROCRASTINATION

Procrastination comes when we think a lot about what we need to do and how difficult is, we start thinking of multiple other thinks we can do or have to do before starting the work. This causes a lot of frustration, anxiety, stress and a lot of wasted time. Doing it in the last minute, most students and even employees let their homeworks or work for the last minute, they thing of how much time left they have, so they put the work aside until the time comes. They dont think of the time necessary to accomplish a task successfully. Most people just think of what are the task that they have to do, but they dont plan what things they need to do and resources they need to accomplish it. Another cause of procrastination is thinking that you have to be in the right mood at the right time. That is a real time waster, you might not feel like doing a work or you might have other personal problems that you are thinking about so you set aside your work. That is wrong you need to start your work now, no matter in what mood you are, the more involved you get into your work, the less you are going to think in other problems. Those are some common causes, however there are many other reason why people put aside their work. Also, there are so many distractions nowadays that we can easily get sidetracked in to something that we didnt intend to do.
